Key Responsibilities:

Driving Channel Growth exponentially

Continuously develop and manage the tools and programs that drive exponential channel sales growth and expand the partner network (e.g.Channel Partner Program, ISV Program, distribution channels).
Own the Channel Program end-to-end, aligned with company vision.
Serve as the main link between VP Channel and regional CAMs; flag emerging channel trends to VP Channel Sales.
Own the global relationship with Distribution, drive process improvements, streamline communication and ensure growth of long tail, lead Distribution QBRs

Channel Operations, Analytics & Automation

Cross-Functional and Cross-Regional Enablement & Communication

Streamline global Channel processes and ensure alignment between all regions (EMEA + NA)
Partner with Channel Marketing
Own Enablement & Training of Channel Managers, from concept to rollout.
Be the first point of contact for questions related to channel admin and processes

What You Bring:

Experience in channel/partner sales, channel program management, or partner enablement, ideally in a B2B technology or hardware environment
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable operating between senior management, regional CAMs, and external partners
Hands-on project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams (programs, rebates, SPIFs, automation projects)
A process and data mindset — comfortable owning dashboards, reporting, and Portal/CRM data quality
Experience driving or supporting automation and digitization initiatives (e.g.Partner Portal, chatbots, workflow tools) is a strong plus
Clear, structured communicator, comfortable running recurring cross-regional forums (QBRs, bi-weekly calls)
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus given the global scope
